<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Set up all radiographic equipment prior to performing angiographic procedures<br>• Process and perform quality control checks on cine radiographic images<br>• Assist in preparing patients for procedures and provide post-cath care<br>• Assist cath lab/Interventional Radiology staff and physicians to ensure timely and efficient use of cardiac cath lab<br>• Prep patients, perform sterile tray set up, and complete room clean up procedures<br>• Manipulate equipment and set appropriate techniques on radiographic generators to achieve optimal image quality<br>• Operate electronic equipment including cardiac output computers, oxygen saturation equipment, hemodynamic equipment, and pacemakers<br>• Perform oxygen saturation studies and cardiac output measurements<br>• Work every weekend<br>• No on-call responsibilities<br>• Cath Lab Tech experience required<br>• Must have permanent address outside 50-mile radius (facility will not consider local candidates)<br>• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)<br>• Skills checklist current within one year required<br>• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory and interventional radiology department, providing advanced cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
