Med Surg RN Job in Pittsfield, MA

Berkshire Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment on the Medical-Surgical unit in Pittsfield, MA. You'll work 3x12-hour night shifts at $2,462.40 per week.

Role Details

• Patient ratio of typically 1:6
• Unit size ranges from 20 to 34 beds
• Every other weekend schedule with holiday coverage as needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Must be willing to float to any Med Surg unit
• Block scheduling is not available
• 8-hour non-billable orientation required

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum 2 years current Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Telemetry experience required
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly required
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications required at profile upload
• Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
• Personal scrubs of any color required for dress code
• Own vehicle required for assignment
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility

Scheduling

• Maximum 5 days of requested time off accepted during assignment
• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
• You must be available for two holidays including Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day and surrounding days
