Operating Room RN Job in Atlanta, GA

Join Northside Hospital Atlanta as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. This 13-week travel assignment offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic 24/7 surgical environment with case volumes ranging from 28 to 55 procedures daily.

Role Overview

You will support a main inpatient surgical unit serving multiple specialties including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Urology, General Surgery, and Thoracic procedures. Your responsibilities include perioperative nursing care across all surgical cases, including robotic-assisted procedures using Xi Robot technology for General, Urology, and Thoracic service lines.

Schedule & Compensation

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week (6:45 PM to 7:15 AM)
• Variable scheduling to support operational needs
• Weekly pay: $2,321.84
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: June 15, 2026

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years recent operating room experience
• AHA BLS certification (required)
• AHA ACLS certification (preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise across surgical specialties: robotics, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastics, and gynecology
