PCU - Progressive Care Unit

RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• Assignment duration of 12-14 weeks minimum/maximum
• Work in Intermediate Care Unit/Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown setting
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Required scrub color: Navy
• Electronic health record system: Cerner
• Work in facility with 8 CVICU beds, 8 SICU beds, and 16 MICU beds
