Job Details:

• Provide safe, efficient, age-specific nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process
• Implement relationship-based nursing care to help patients attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status
• Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery ensuring safe practice and positive patient outcomes
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively to optimize patient care and clinical outcomes
• Work in 22-bed unit with Supertrack area serving both adult and pediatric patients ages 0-100+ years
• Use a wide variety of technical equipment including stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers, and electronic monitoring devices
• Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) as part of regular responsibilities
• Current Ohio RN license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS/PALS (adult and pediatric advanced life support) may be required based on clinic needs
• Must have knowledge of nursing process and practice
• Contribute to professional practice development and self-improvement
