Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Must be registered or certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care to provide Cardiopulmonary Services
• Follow protocols approved by the medical staff and department policy and procedures
• Provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
• Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
• Maintain airways and provide ventilator management
• Perform insertion of arterial lines and intubations
• Conduct pulmonary function studies and cardiac and pulmonary stress tests
• Perform blood gas analysis
• Must have 2 years recent experience with ventilator, ventilator weaning, tracheostomy, ET tube, CPAP, BiPAP, and nebulizer treatments
• Required certifications: NBRC RRT or CRT certification, Oklahoma RT license, ACLS and BLS (must be through American Heart Association)
