RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• 13-week assignment duration
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Provide supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Work at unit level providing intermediate care unit/progressive care unit/stepdown nursing services
• Required scrub color: Navy
• Chart using Cerner electronic health record system
• Work environment includes ICU beds: 8 CVICU, 8 SICU, 16 MICU
