Opportunity:

RN - Bone Marrow

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment in Transplant and Cellular Therapy/Oncology outpatient clinic
• Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Rotating weekend schedule: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday and Sunday
• No on-call requirements
• Patient ratio of 6-8 patients per day
• 15 clinic rooms/curtains on unit
• Work alongside a team including charge nurse, 5 RNs, 1 PCT, 1 scheduler, 1 social worker, and 4 apheresis staff
• Perform infusions including chemotherapy and IVIG
• Administer blood product transfusions including PRBCs, platelets, and plasma
• Utilize infusion pumps and Meditech EMR system
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required
• BMTCN/OCN certification preferred
• Outpatient clinic experience preferred
• Navy scrub top and bottoms required
• Strong teamwork skills essential in this small, close-knit staff environment
