MRI Technologist Job in Albany, NY

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 90-day travel assignment at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with night shifts between 4:00 PM and 1:00 AM, with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform independent MRI scans on inpatient, ICU, and emergency room patients
• Operate two MRI scanners: 3T Siemens Skyra and 1.5T Siemens Symphony
• Conduct routine MRI examinations with demonstrated competency in independent scanning procedures
• Document patient information and scan results using the Epic EMR system
• Note: This position does not cover breast MRI, cardiac MRI, or prostate MRI

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of MRI technologist experience with ability to scan independently
• Current New York state MRI license with injection certification
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification (ARRT preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency in routine MRI examination protocols
