Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of operating room experience required
• Must be able to circulate; scrub experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• Block scheduling type
• On-call requirement includes one night per week and one weekend every 6 weeks
• Must be willing to float within the site and across the system as requested - refusal to float may result in contract cancellation
• Required to complete any assigned education within one week of assignment start
• Low census mandatory cancellation policy requires cancellation notification 1.5 hours before shift start; personnel may be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two-week pay period
• Required certification: BLS
• ACLS preferred
• Active Oregon State nursing license required, or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting
• Must have applied for Oregon RN license prior to submission
• Patients served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
