CT Technologist Job in Akron, OH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at Akron Campus in Akron, Ohio. You will work the night shift: 4 shifts of 10 hours each, from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with every other weekend required.

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate Canon CT and Rad X-ray equipment to produce diagnostic CT scans and radiographs
• Perform CT scanning as your primary responsibility, with additional X-ray duties as assigned
• Evaluate images with the Radiologist and acquire additional images as needed or requested
• Ensure all patient records are processed correctly to initiate procedure results in a timely manner
• Assist with invasive procedures, including intravenous contrast injections
• Demonstrate manual dexterity to calibrate and operate equipment, position patients appropriately, and apply restraining devices as needed
• Lift and position patients with physical demands up to 50–100 pounds of force occasionally

Required Qualifications:

• Trauma Level 1 experience (must be listed on your resume)
• Minimum 2 years of Radiology Technology experience
• Current State of Ohio Radiographer license
• Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Current CPR Certification

Compensation and Details:

You will earn $3,358 per week. Maximum of 7 days of requested time off is permitted during your assignment. An interview is required; please provide your available dates and times when you apply.
