<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 4 days per week, 10 hours per day<br>• Must have Electrophysiology (EP) experience<br>• Prepare catheterization laboratory and operate essential equipment including fluoro imaging and digital image acquisition<br>• Document patient information and hemodynamic measurements accurately<br>• Maintain stringent aseptic technique and patient safety standards<br>• Collaborate with medical team to optimize patient care and departmental efficiency<br>• Serve as radiation safety representative during X-ray usage<br>• Ensure major equipment is operational and perform daily room checks and supply stocking<br>• Set up and operate cath lab equipment including imaging systems, contrast injector, hemodynamic system, and various specialized devices<br>• Support physician needs during procedures and ensure appropriate patient positioning<br>• Obtain and maintain proficiency in access site management<br>• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA only)<br>• Preferred certifications include RCIS, RCES, RCS by CCI, or various ARRT certifications<br>• Graduate from accredited school of Radiology Technology or associate's degree in healthcare-related field required<br>• Bachelor's degree preferred<br>• 0-1 year experience in acute care setting preferred<br>• Texas state licensure required (MRT or LMRT by TMB)</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory that provides advanced cardiac interventional services.
