Cath Lab Technologist Job in Tyler, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital Tyler. You will work 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, on a day shift schedule beginning March 9, 2026. Weekly pay is $3,358.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the catheterization laboratory, ensuring all equipment is operational and properly stocked
• Operate essential imaging and diagnostic equipment including fluoroscopy systems, digital image acquisition, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems
• Serve as radiation safety representative during X-ray procedures and maintain stringent aseptic technique throughout all operations
• Accurately document patient information, hemodynamic measurements, and procedural details
• Support physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, including patient positioning and access site management
• Collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient care and departmental efficiency
• Perform daily room checks and ensure major equipment functionality

Required Qualifications:

• Electrophysiology (EP) experience required
• Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology Technology or hold an associate's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Current Texas state licensure (MRT or LMRT by TMB)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA only)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 0–1 year of experience in an acute care setting
• RCIS, RCES, RCS by CCI, or ARRT certifications
