Opportunity:

Pharmacist - Pharmacist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Urgent backfill needed for retail/outpatient pharmacy setting
• Variable schedule including Monday through Friday shifts
• Shift options: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM, or 10:30 AM-7:00 PM
• Saturday coverage from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Sundays off
• Willow Ambulatory Experience preferred
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: PharmD, RPh
• ACLS/BLS/NIHSS/Nursys required with submission
• License in-hand required with submission
• Must be available to complete lab requirements within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Local radius of 110 miles not accepted
• Hard document deadline: Noon CST Wednesday prior to start date
