Interventional Radiology RN Job in Farmington, CT

UConn John Dempsey Hospital is seeking an RN for our Interventional Radiology department in Farmington, CT. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 5, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 4x10 day shifts (10-hour shifts)
• Rotating start times of 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• $3,504 weekly pay
• Rotating schedule includes weekends and holidays
• On-call responsibilities required
• Mandatory overtime may be required as needed for unit coverage

Role Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience performing interventional and special radiographic procedures
• Hybrid interventional radiology experience preferred
• Perform interventional and special radiographic procedures under supervision as appropriate
• No float required—dedicated to IR department

Required Knowledge & Certifications

• Considerable knowledge of physiology and anatomy
• Considerable knowledge of applicable diagnostic equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Knowledge of radiation safety, infection control, and patient safety techniques and policies
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
