Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Wichita Falls, TX

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab at United Regional in Wichita Falls, Texas. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of June 29, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• Five 8-hour shifts per week, days
• Occasional weekend call coverage required; minimum 3 weekend shifts per contract
• Weekly pay: $2,736

Your Responsibilities

• Perform exercise stress tests, pharmacological stress tests, and stress echocardiograms
• Conduct EKG/ECG procedures and phlebotomy
• Start peripheral IVs and monitor test interpretations
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Demonstrate competence in dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Apply knowledge of treadmill protocols, ergometry protocols, and stress testing contraindications

Requirements

• Current RN license in hand before start date
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years experience strongly preferred
• Travel experience strongly preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Candidates within 50-mile radius of Wichita Falls are not eligible

Onboarding

• Complete facility lab requirements within 72 hours of accepting the offer
• Complete 2–3 hours of orientation modules (non-billable if finished within first 16 hours)
