Cath Lab Technologist Job in Rockford, IL

You will work as a Cath Lab Technologist at Swedish American in Rockford, Illinois on a 4x10 day shift schedule, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This is an 89-day travel assignment beginning June 29, 2026, with a weekly pay of $3,394.50.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform both scrub and monitoring roles in the catheterization lab
• Work with both interventional radiology cases and cardiology cases
• Handle approximately 40% radiology cases with on-call coverage for this modality
• Complete technical procedures for both cardiac and interventional radiology specialties
• Maintain rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional credential
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• AHA certifications
• Electrophysiology (EP) experience required
• Interventional radiology experience required
• Must complete IR skills checklist
• Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility

You will join a team performing diagnostic and treatment procedures in a specialized cath lab environment. Your technical expertise in both cardiac and interventional radiology will be essential as you support physicians in delivering care across multiple procedure types. The combination of EP and IR experience positions you well for the diverse case load you will encounter during your assignment.
