Redwoods Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time position in San Jose, California. This is a stable opportunity in a post-acute care setting where you'll deliver direct patient care and play a meaningful role in recovery and rehabilitation.

Position Details

• Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• 91-day assignment beginning June 15, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,774

Your Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in post-acute care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on patient recovery and rehabilitation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed medical records
• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans as needed

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in California
• Ability to meet all applicable state licensure and regulatory requirements
