Emergency Room RN Job in Santa Fe, NM

CHRISTUS St Vincent Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department on a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM as a full-time backfill replacement.

What You'll Do:

• Obtain and record initial patient assessments and establish care priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
• Systematically reassess patients to identify progress and trends requiring intervention
• Develop and implement measurable, individualized plans of care within established timeframes
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of clinical facts and patient outcome evaluations
• Implement and document timely, age-appropriate interventions
• Perform Point of Care testing procedures
• Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning
• Coordinate care with physicians, staff, and families with professionalism and respect

Requirements:

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from AHA (required)
• CPI or equivalent certification (preferred)
