Job Details:
• Medical-Surgical nursing position requiring provision of direct patient care
• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient condition and response to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
