Oncology RN Job in Saratoga Springs, NY

Join Glens Falls Hospital as a Registered Nurse in our outpatient oncology infusion center. This is a 91-day travel assignment running 5 days per week on day shifts with no on-call or weekend responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Administer a wide range of infusion therapies including IV antibiotics, antifungals, steroids, blood and blood products, IVIG, hydration therapy, iron infusions, and specialty medications
• Maintain and care for central venous access devices, intrathecal pumps, and implanted infusion devices
• Insert and manage Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheters (PICC lines)
• Perform peripheral IV insertions
• Conduct therapeutic phlebotomies
• Provide patient education on medication self-administration
• Administer specialty treatments for Crohn's disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, and related conditions

What We're Looking For

• Current New York nursing license
• Minimum 2+ years of outpatient oncology and infusion experience
• Chemotherapy Certification (CHEMO) and Oncology Certified RN (OCN) credential
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certification
• Demonstrated peripheral IV insertion experience
• Port, fistula, and catheter care experience
• EPIC electronic health record experience
• IV certification highly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• BSN preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Weekly pay is $2,887. Assignment begins September 17, 2026.
