Job Details:

• Work 4x10-hour shifts with variable days Monday through Friday and variable start times at 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 11:00 AM
• No self-scheduling; start times will remain consistent within the same week
• Later start times on Tuesdays and Fridays for in-services and team meetings
• 1 call shift (weekday or weekend combined) per 4-week schedule
• Weekday call begins at end of shift until 7:00 AM the following morning
• Weekend call is 24 hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM), rotated between staff and travelers and scheduled by manager
• Call response time is 30 minutes; call room is available on-site
• No floating requirements
• Circulator experience is required; must be highly proficient in GYN cases
• Must be proficient in EPIC (EHR system)
• DaVinci Xi robot experience required (GYN, Urology, General)
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience preferred; strong candidates with less experience from a similarly sized or larger facility may be considered
• Experience with multiple case types preferred, including ENT (FESS, septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy), GYN, Urology, Vascular, Plastics, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Cardiovascular, Thoracic, General Surgery, Sports Medicine, and Transplant
• Facility operates 22 suites (expandable to 26) across 3 separate floors handling 50–65 cases per day across 16 service lines
• OR technicians are available for scrubbing; RN scrubbing is not required
• Teal scrubs provided; AORN dress code standards apply
• Orientation includes 1–2 days with HR and OR leadership plus 1–2 days on the unit with a preceptor (may be extended without prior Cerner experience)
• Required certification: BLS
