Opportunity:

RN - Case Management

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with weekend rotation as needed
• Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation
• Patient ratio of 1:25 to 1:30
• 2 Case Management Assistants available in the department
• Documentation systems include MediTech, Midas, CarePort, Facility Scheduler, and Kronos
• Floating policy within hospital units
• Business casual dress code required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Acute hospital case management experience required
• Registered Nurse license required
• Travel experience preferred
• CCM or ACM certification preferred but not required
