Job Details:

• Perform all routine magnetic resonance imaging procedures independently
• Assist with difficult and complex radiographic procedures
• Perform related duties in the office area as needed
• Must hold ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists) certification
• Registry passed ARRT (MR) or registry eligible to take and pass ARRT (MR) within 6 months of hire date
• Must possess a current Washington State RT license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must have completed and passed cross-sectional anatomy
• Must demonstrate accurate judgment and decision-making ability consistent with radiology knowledge and skills
• Provide quality customer service and patient care in accordance with established hospital policy and procedures
• Physical requirements include ability to lift 40 pounds from floor to waist, move 40 pounds six feet, reach overhead holding 25 pounds, lift 40 pounds from wheelchair to bed level, pull 40 pounds from stretcher to bed, and push a 200-pound loaded stretcher 300 feet
• Requires good stamina, flexibility, and manual dexterity
