Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts providing both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required
• Current, valid Physical Therapist license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain one) required
• Preferred clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings; new graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Administer therapeutic interventions including manual exercises, therapeutic activities, and functional training
• Provide hands-on treatments such as massage, traction, hydrotherapy, ultrasound, and other physical therapy modalities
• Instruct patients on non-manual exercises, ambulatory activities, and proper use of assistive devices
• Direct and supervise treatments performed by physical therapy aides, technicians, and assistants
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and recommend treatment modifications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for discharge planning and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
• Participate in professional development and mentor clinical staff
