Pharmacist Job in Commerce Township, MI

Join Huron Valley Sinai Hospital as a Pharmacist on a 28-week travel assignment. You will work day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing essential medication management and clinical pharmacy services.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process and evaluate physician drug orders for appropriateness, safety, and efficacy tailored to each patient's specific clinical needs
• Assess medication orders by reviewing drug type, dose, dosing interval, clinical indication, patient allergies, and potential drug-drug or drug-food interactions
• Consider patient-specific factors including age, weight, and renal function when evaluating therapeutic recommendations
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy and prevent adverse events

Compensation: $3,168 per week.
