<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Radiation Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (5x8 shifts)<br>• Daily caseload of approximately 30 on-beam treatments per therapist<br>• No on-call requirements<br>• No weekend requirements<br>• No floating between service lines or sister facilities<br>• 2 years of experience required<br>• Travel experience required<br>• Required certifications: ARRT and SCQRSA<br>• Equipment experience required: TrueBeam and Trilogy<br>• Must provide own radiation badge (agency responsibility, facility does not provide)<br>• Adult outpatient treatments only<br>• Work with isolation precautions/PPE when needed<br>• Team consists of 3 therapists integrating new TrueBeam equipment<br>• Currently treating 30 patients daily on Trilogy with one CT sim<br>• Charting systems: Epic and ARIA<br>• No specific scrub color requirement<br>• Free parking available<br>• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)<br>• Average 4 hours of non-billable modules completed pre-start<br>• During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility operates an outpatient radiation therapy department that focuses on delivering comprehensive cancer treatment services to the community.
