OR Circulator RN Job in Oklahoma City, OK

OU Health is seeking an RN Perioperative Circulator to join the Operating Room team in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a 12-hour shift position working day hours from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday through Sunday. The assignment runs for 89 weeks, beginning September 7, 2026.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as circulator in the OR, planning and coordinating nursing care for pediatric patients undergoing operative and invasive procedures
• Evaluate patient protective reflexes and self-care abilities before, during, and after procedures
• Apply clinical knowledge and judgment to implement evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process
• Address the physical, psychological, and spiritual responses of patients during operative procedures
• Provide direct and indirect professional nursing care within the perioperative environment
• Document all components of care delivered and maintain ongoing evaluation throughout the surgical experience
• Individualize care based on patient health status, age level, and the specific procedure being performed

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 1 year of Level I trauma experience in a Perioperative Circulator role within Pediatrics

Compensation and Schedule

Weekly pay is $2,450.88. You will work 12-hour day shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
