Scrub Tech - Scrub Tech

Job Details:

• Variable day shifts on General Team
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 6-week contract
• May be required to float to additional sites as needed
• On-call responsibilities include 6-8 weeknight call shifts and 1-2 weekend call shifts during the contract; 30-minute response time required - must be ready and in the OR within 30 minutes
• Weekends for call only with holiday rotation
• Set up operative suites for patients and verify all supplies are available through case cart review
• Scrub surgical cases across a variety of specialties in a facility with 21 ORs averaging 40-60 cases per day
• Required specialties include General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, and strong GI
• Da Vinci Robotics experience required
• Trauma Level 2 experience required
• Must be willing to assist with downtime tasks and help train new hires
• Must have own vehicle - cannot rely on rideshare services due to on-call responsibilities
• Scrub colors: any color
• Required certifications: BLS, CST license required (NBSTSA or NCCT accepted); AHA or ARC certifications required
• Associate degree or certificate required
• 4+ years of experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Strong work ethic, resilience, adaptability, and social communication skills expected
