Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Details:

• Provide both outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
• Possible pelvic floor care responsibilities
• Treat a variety of conditions including back pain, sports injuries, orthopedic surgeries, stroke recovery, and chronic conditions such as arthritis and Parkinson's disease
• Work within a Physical Therapy Department consisting of one Registered Physical Therapist and two Certified Physical Therapist Assistants
• Active BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
• Must be licensed to practice as a PTA in the state of Kansas or a reciprocal state
• Skills checklist completed within one year of submission required
• Two professional references from within the past three years required, one must be from a supervisor
