Job Details:

• Day/Night rotating shifts with the following shift times available: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
• 8 or 12-hour shifts available with cycle scheduling
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• CNA to patient ratio of 1:10
• Work in a Long-Term Care department with 40 beds/residents
• Common patient diagnoses include CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Diabetes
• Minimal IV medication involvement
• Charge Nurse supervision on unit
• 2–4 days of unit/department specific orientation provided
• Must have 2+ years of experience in Minnesota nursing homes
• Minnesota CNA license required
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience required
• EMR system: PointClickCare
• Required certifications: BLS
• Any color or pattern scrubs permitted
• No clinical involvement required
