Med Surg RN Job in Dothan, AL

Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Medical-Surgical nursing. You will work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 3x12 schedule, providing direct patient care and support to our medical-surgical unit.

Assignment Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: May 26, 2026
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekly pay: $1,839.60
• Facility: Flowers Hospital, Dothan, AL

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to assigned patients
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status throughout your shift
• Document care and assessments in the Cerner EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital protocols and standards of nursing practice

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification
• Demonstrated experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Permanent address located 50+ miles from the facility
