<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Perform thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans<br>• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional abilities<br>• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, safe movement techniques, and home modifications<br>• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to coordinate care<br>• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes<br>• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans<br>• Ensure care plans align with regulatory requirements and best practices in physical therapy<br>• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required<br>• Valid Physical Therapy license required<br>• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred<br>• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, therapeutic modalities, and adaptive equipment required<br>• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills required<br>• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team environment<br>• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care required<br>• Flexible scheduling options available<br>• Quick start position</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This leading skilled nursing facility is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
