Telemetry RN Job in Des Moines, IA

You will provide direct nursing care for medical-surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning May 4, 2026.

Shift Details

• Work 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Three shifts per week
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) schedule

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning

Compensation

You will earn $2,213.64 per week. As a travel RN, you will work with ADEX Healthcare Staffing to arrange housing and benefits for the duration of your assignment.
