Job Details:

• Work in a rural healthcare outpatient clinic setting
• Hand therapy experience required
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient care experience required
• Examine patients with impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities to determine diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention
• Design, implement, and modify therapeutic interventions to alleviate impairments and functional limitations
• Prevent injury and promote maintenance of fitness, health, and quality of life across all age populations
• Engage in consultation and patient education
• Maintain accurate patient records including physician orders, diagnosis, treatment, progress, attendance, and summaries in a timely manner
• Submit and verify patient charges for services rendered
• Must hold an active Occupational Therapist License in Colorado
• Current CPR Certification required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree program
