Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• Full-time schedule consisting of 4 ten-hour shifts per week
• Participate in call rotation including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Must maintain a 30-minute response time when on call
• Schedule flexibility required based on surgical volume
• Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract
• Current Surgical Technician Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience with orthopedic focus required
• Experience with orthopedic implants and grafts required
• Experience with robotics and advanced surgical technology required
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and perioperative standards required
• Provide intraoperative support for orthopedic surgical procedures
• Manage orthopedic implants, grafts, and instrumentation
• Maintain knowledge of orthopedic procedures including total joint and sports medicine
• Support General, Urology, Uro-GYN, GYN, ENT, Neuro, Podiatry, and Robotics when not assigned to orthopedic cases
• Adaptability to different teams, workflows, and case volumes required
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate surgeon needs
