Job Details:

• Provide direct personal care services to clients according to individualized Plan of Care developed by RN Case Manager
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience preferred but will provide on-the-job training
• Alaska Certified Nurses Assistant License required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required (must maintain)
• Work with medical equipment including BP cuff, thermometer, stethoscope, alcohol pads and wipes, sanitizing gel
• Use personal protective equipment as needed
• Maintain basic records of tasks performed
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend correspondence and follow instructions
• Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
• Mathematical skills including basic arithmetic and ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
• No supervisory responsibilities
