Cath Lab Technologist

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• 40-hour work week with 4 x 10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 13-week contract accepted
• Target ratio of 3 rooms
• Call requirement with callback and weekend call required; 9-11 days in a 6-week schedule with 1-2 weekends depending on rotation
• Floating could be required but would be rare; if float is required, it would be to EP
• Unit has a patient holding area inside of the Cath Lab that traveler may need to assist in on occasion
• Scrubs provided
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Structural Heart Scrub experience is required
• Required skills: Scrub, Monitor, PA Lines and Telemetry, Structural Heart and TAVR experience
• Required Cath Lab procedure experience: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left and Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablader
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and at least one of the following: RCIS or ARRT
• Preferred skills: Circulate, IV Start, Conscious Sedation, Rhythm Interpretation
• Preferred Cath Lab procedure experience: Watchman Procedures, Septal Closure, Ablations, Coil Embolization, Filter Placement
• Unit systems: EPIC, MAC Lab
• Adult patient population
