Physical Therapist Job in Bentonville, AR

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for an 89-day travel assignment in Bentonville, AR. This is a full-time outpatient role offering 36 guaranteed hours per week, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. You will earn $2,030 weekly on a 5x8 day shift schedule, starting November 16, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work with an active patient population consisting primarily of young professionals. The caseload includes a partial pelvic focus, and you will be expected to meet a productivity standard of 60 visits per week, seeing 12–14 patients per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits is a standard practice in this setting.

Requirements and Experience

• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• New graduates and first-time travelers are accepted
• Willingness to float to other clinic locations, including Rogers and Bella Vista
