CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Friday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM with minimal call requirements
• Weekend shifts per contract with holiday rotation required
• Acute care setting
• Perform CT scans for inpatient, outpatient, and emergent cases
• Work across 4 GE scanners: 2 inpatient, 1 outpatient, and 1 in the ED
• No floating required - coverage limited to the 4 assigned scanners
• Outpatient averages 12-14 scans per day; inpatient procedure machine averages 10 patients per day; ED machine averages approximately 40 scans across all shifts
• Experience working with trauma patients required (Level II facility)
• Starting IVs preferred but not required
• Use Epic and McKesson EMR/PACS systems
• Operate GE CT machines
• Radiologist available in-house during the day and on call after hours
• Supervisor or lead tech available as a resource except during overnight or weekend pickup shifts
• One week of department-specific orientation provided
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Radiation badge required (responsibility of traveler's employer)
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT required, ARRT-CT preferred
