Laboratory - Medical Lab Technician

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (1500-2300)
• Previous blood bank experience required, preferably in high-paced trauma environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required
• Must be located over 65 miles from facility (no local travelers accepted)
• Compact or Louisiana license required upon submittal
• AHA certifications required
• Must apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of signing if booked with pending license
• Two Manager/Supervisor references required to obtain clearance to start
• Must be separated from Ochsner Health System for 1 full year before returning as travel
• Orientation held 5 days a week with billable modules
• Strict no call-in policy enforced
