PACU RN Job in Worcester, MA

Join St. Vincent Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This 70-week travel assignment offers you the opportunity to provide direct clinical care in a fast-paced surgical recovery environment.

Position Details

• Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care
• Location: Worcester, MA
• Schedule: 4x10 Days (0900 - 1930)
• Duration: 70 weeks
• Start Date: June 15, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,660

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Shift Options and On-Call Rotation

Shifts are available in 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour formats. OR call rotation includes one first call (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and one second call (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) per month during the week, plus one weekend day every other month.

Role Options

Either PACU or Pre-Op Nurse role is available, allowing you to choose the clinical environment that best fits your experience.

Facility Information

• Dedicated scrubs are provided for travelers matching staff color
• Facility layout: Enter on the North side, cross over to the South side, and take the elevator to the 1st floor

You must be located a minimum of 250 miles away from the facility to qualify as a traveler for this assignment.
