Telemetry RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit at Christian Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 13, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours weekly. Your pay is $2,262.82 per week. Weekend rotations are part of the schedule (6 weekend shifts per 6-week cycle, rotating Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday for nights). No on-call requirement. Block scheduling is not available.

Your Role

You'll provide care to adult patients with telemetry, telemetry stroke, and cardiac diagnoses. You'll float within the Telemetry service line as needed. Patient ratios are 1:5 during day shifts and 1:6 during night shifts and weekends. The unit is supported by a Unit Secretary.

Required Skills and Certifications

• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Isolation precautions and PPE protocols
• Nasal cannula administration
• Non-invasive airway management
• Peripheral line care and management
• Telemetry monitoring

Facility Details

The hospital uses the EPIC charting system. Navy scrubs are the standard uniform. Parking is complimentary. You'll work in a progressive care setting with established protocols and unit support.
