Physical Therapist Job in Staples, MN

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel position with Big Stone – Lakewood Health System in Staples, MN. This is a full-time role working 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, beginning June 1, 2026.

Position Overview

You will deliver rehabilitation services to patients throughout the community, focusing on optimizing health and function for the individuals and families you serve. This is a hands-on clinical role where you'll provide direct patient care in a facility committed to evidence-based practice and compassionate treatment.

What You'll Do

• Assess patient mobility, function, and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct physical therapy interventions
• Document patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Support the facility's commitment to patient-centered care

Position Details

• Duration: 13 weeks (91 days)
• Schedule: 5x8 Days (40 hours per week)
• Start Date: June 1, 2026
• Onboarding: Four weeks required for facility orientation
• Weekly Pay: $2,569.60
