<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Technologist - Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities<br>• Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment<br>• Submit and transmit X-ray images to a Radiologist for interpretation<br>• Unload portable X-Ray equipment and transport into facilities to perform physician-ordered exams<br>• Must obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent x-ray images<br>• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation<br>• Scan exam related paperwork and billing documents on a daily basis per protocol<br>• Regularly communicate with dispatch and management<br>• Communicate efficiently and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients<br>• Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment<br>• Physical demands include pushing/pulling 50-100 lbs of equipment 16 to 24 times per day<br>• On-call responsibilities discussed at interview<br>• Weekend work based on case load and may constitute overtime if needed<br>• Assignment duration is 8 weeks as standard with no guaranteed hours<br>• Required certifications: ARRT<br>• California state license required<br>• Must have valid driver&#39;s license<br>• Must have no non-compete agreements</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization serves over 7,500 care facilities nationwide, providing mobile diagnostic imaging services.
