ICU Registered Nurse Job in Ardmore, OK

Mercy Hospital Ardmore is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit on the night shift. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 24, 2026.

Position Overview

You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients across all phases of ICU treatment. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, implementing nursing interventions, coordinating patient activities, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care. You will work within established standards of critical care nursing and ethical principles, ensuring each patient receives professional, evidence-based care.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a night shift position working 3 shifts of 12 hours each week, guaranteeing 36 hours weekly. You will earn $1,971 per week.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Oklahoma
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience
• Call coverage availability as required

Preferred Qualifications

Charge nurse experience is preferred.

Facility Information

You will work with the EPIC electronic medical records system and are required to wear black scrubs. Mercy Hospital Ardmore provides a supportive environment for critical care nurses to practice at the highest level of their profession.
