SLP Job in Cumberland, MD

Join West Central – UPMC Western Maryland as a Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services in a clinical setting, working a rotating schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, including day shifts from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating weekends and holidays.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct evaluations and diagnostic assessments for clients referred for speech-language pathology services
• Develop and coordinate individualized evaluation, scheduling, and treatment programs
• Prepare comprehensive diagnostic and evaluative reports with clinical recommendations for each client
• Deliver evidence-based speech pathology treatment across your patient caseload
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and professional documentation on all patients
• Gather complete historical and pertinent background information on all referred clients
• Compile and report accurate data to support the financial, statistical, and administrative needs of the program
• Participate in professional development through in-service training and continuing education
• Uphold strict confidentiality and deliver excellent customer service at all times

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree (MS, MEd, or MA) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Speech-Language Pathology certification (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning September 14, 2026, with weekly compensation of $2,430. You'll work within an established healthcare system committed to quality patient care and professional growth.
