Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Wylie, TX

PEAK-Wylie, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient orthopedic setting. This is a day shift position offering 36 hours guaranteed per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. You will work 5 days per week on an 8-hour schedule.

About the Role

You will work with general outpatient orthopedic patients, including both post-operative and non-operative cases. Your caseload will consist of 12 to 14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. Double-booking of follow-up visits is part of the standard workflow.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Maintain productivity targets within your daily schedule
• No floating to other clinics required

What We're Looking For

• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are not accepted
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant credential

Important Details

Any overtime must be approved by the director before hours are worked. This assignment runs for 89 days, beginning July 13, 2026. Weekly pay is $1,517.52.
