PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Rehab
Job Details:
• Day shift schedule
• 40 guaranteed hours per week (32 hours per week for holiday weeks)
• Weekly billing cycle
• On-call not required
• 30-day notice required
• Active Oregon state license required - permanent license required, no compact license accepted
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation setting required
• Equipment information will be provided during interview
• Dress code information will be provided on first day
• Parking will be provided - details shared on first day
