CT Technologist Job in Dothan, AL

Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift travel assignment. You will work 3x12 hour shifts rotating between 6:00 PM–6:00 AM and 9:00 PM–6:00 AM schedules, Monday through Thursday.

About the Role

You will operate Philips and GE CT scanners, performing all types of diagnostic CT scans with and without contrast media. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing CTAs with 3D reconstruction
• Conducting routine diagnostic CT scanning of the head, brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities
• Performing biopsy and drainage procedures
• Executing basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, and C-arm procedures
• Providing OR imaging services
• Delivering timely diagnostic services to inpatient and outpatient populations under radiologist direction and departmental protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience
• Allied Health Professional degree from an accredited AMA school
• ARRT Certification required (CT Certification not required)
• State licensure as a general radiographer
• Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical and sterile procedures, contrast media studies, and cross-sectional anatomy

Assignment Details

Start date: August 17, 2026. Weekly pay: $1,971. This is a 91-day assignment.
