Technologist - X-Ray

Job Details:

• Work with Siemens general radiography equipment, Carestream portable units, OEC C-arms, and Medtronic O-arm equipment
• Support all areas of Radiology including plain film imaging, operating room exams, and portable exams
• Provide operating room coverage with C-arms and O-arms for surgical fluoroscopy procedures
• Float across multiple campuses: Iowa Lutheran and Methodist West
• Work with patients of all age groups depending on shift assignment
• Minimum 24 months of X-Ray experience required with hospital/medical center experience prioritized
• Required certifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), BLS (AHA)
• Iowa radiology license required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Experience with Siemens fixed equipment, Carestream portables, and GE OEC C-arms required
• Surgery fluoroscopy experience and proficient operating room experience required
• Level I trauma experience and pediatric experience preferred
• Regular hours: 36-40 hours per week with overtime billable after 40 hours
• Extended hours: 48 hours per week with overtime billable after 48 hours
• No on-call responsibilities
